What you'll do:
The Payroll Analyst works as a staff member of the Payroll Team and coordinates and participates in technical payroll accounting activities; participates in the preparation, maintenance, processing, analysis and auditing of manual and automated payroll data, information, records and reports; ensures accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions; leads, trains and provides work direction and guidance to staff.
The Payroll Analyst reports to the Controller.
Typical schedule:
Five days on/two days off, forty hours per week.
Monday through Friday, 8:

m.
Schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.
Occasional evenings and/or weekends may be required for special events or project completion.
To be considered, you should:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Associate's degree with course work in accounting, business or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years payroll experience required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, such as ADP or UKG, preferred.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
