Spraying composite parts with paint and resin is a crucial step in enhancing both the aesthetics and performance of these advanced materials.
In this process, a specialized spray gun is used to evenly apply a combination of paint and resin onto the surface of the composite components.
The spraying process requires precision and expertise to achieve an even and consistent coating.
It is essential to carefully control the application parameters, including the spray pressure, nozzle size, and distance from the surface.
This ensures uniform coverage, preventing uneven thickness or potential defects in the painted and resin-coated layers.
This position is not limited to this department, teams are moved and dispersed based on workload.
We provide all tools and supplies necessary to complete the tasks at hand, but some employees choose to equip themselves with a personal toolbox.
This position starts at $18.
00 to 20.
00 per hour depending on experience.
The prefect hire for this roll would include:
Someone who may have worked with Resin/Composite like materials previously.
Someone who is eager to learn a new specialized skill.
Someone who would like to work their way into a shop lead position.
Someone who can read and come to understand precise application methodology.
Someone who is comfortable working in ratios, measuring and working with tempered materials.

Our hours of operation are from 7:
30 am-4:
00 pm, Monday-Friday with breaks at 10:
00 am and 2:
00 pm and lunch from 12:
00-12:
30.
We have a stocked breakroom with storage, refrigerators, microwaves, and a coffee station.
We provide lockers for personal storage in the restrooms.
Due to the nature of our work our facility is climate-controlled year-round.
At 30-days of employment we offer Health, Dental, HSA and 401k packages.
At 90-days of employment you will receive a review, after, we offer paid time off accrual & holiday pay.
We are closed for most major holidays which are paid after 90-days.
