Design, document and build required test fixturing or support components.

Validates design through calculations and functional tests.
Develop test plans.
Perform & support relevant tests in the lab.

BoM review & updates SAP activities.
ECM, MCN process for document revision& update5.
Develop 3D components & manufacturing drawing using AutoCAD/ NX/SolidWorks6.
Ensures the compliance with product environments, hazardous area approvalstandards, safety regulations and product certifications.
7.
Provides design data to the Sustaining and Technical Regulations and Standardssections to assist in product validation and certifications.
8.
Conduct cost comparisons and feasibility studies on mechanical components, suchas sheet metal, castings, machined components, standoffs, and electromechanicalcomponents to help identify potential MCO projects.
9.
Hands-on tools like AutoCAD, 3-D modelling UG NX software NICE TO HAVE-o Provides design data to the Sustaining and Technical Regulations and Standardssections to assist in product validation and certifications.
