The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Construction Manager. In addition, this position will assist with day-to-day operations and associated administrated functions required for commercial and residential real estate properties in accordance with company and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain capital construction files, including purchase orders, invoices and insurance certificates
Monitor, update and maintain tenant, vendor, emergency contact and other lists as assigned; provide updated information to Security
Support Property Management and Accounting with administrative work and projects as required
Communicate by telephone or in person with contractors, vendors and other service providers as requested by the senior or executive management team
Support the production of monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports
Perform routine office tasks as necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office; assist with other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred, Associates Degree required plus two years of senior level administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of personal computers and peripherals, word processing and spreadsheet software, e-mail and the Internet.
Valid drivers license with no more than three moving violations in the last three years and no citations or drivingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
