Senior Services NPI Support Leader

Role Summary: The Senior Services NPI Support Leader is responsible for all Services related content associated with NPI's for the Bently Nevada Product Line. Essential Responsibilities: As part of the NPI team you will define and communicate all aspectsassociated with services on new products (i.e. Training, manuals, drawings, field notifications, services strategy with new products, installation requirements, etc). This includes managingschedule andbudgets, gathering Voice of the Customer, overseeingpilotInstallations, and ensuring NPI hand-over to the Service Organization. In addition, the Senior Services NPI Support Leader will:In the role of Senior Services NPI Support Leader, you will: Serve as the primary BHGE, Bently Nevada Services Leader for all Bently Nevada Product Line related NPI's, responsible for management of personnel and execution of work in the area of responsibility (training development, manual reviews, drawings, etc) Own Services responsibility throughout the BR process Review and/or develop product implementation from a services standpoint Develop and drive features on all NPI's that will improve the serviceability Define strategy and direction for all deployment and troubleshooting tools on NPI's Review and define services associated diagnostic features associated with all NPI's Review and develop product security / protection reference architectures Drive services cost model structures associated with all NPI's with the ITO team and be accountable for making sure our business quoting tools are updated to cover new products Review / Develop all NPI deployment, maintenance, and repair requirements Coordinate global regional services product input for NPI's Document / Develop machinery use case scenarios for all NPI's Define services process for installation (Configurations, installed base DB, etc) Define, review and test all product and service documentation Define, review and test all training content Coordinate alpha and beta deployments Develop and define key services metrics associated with all NPI's Develop and drive FMEA and lessons learned on all NPI's Drive collaboration functionally (product line, and engineering) & regionally Communicate progress to all levels of the organization Support Growth Playbook, SII, Blueprint, and Operating Plan process Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university Minimum 5years of Field Serviceexperience, or similar operationally rigorous position Eligibility Requirements: Travel up to 25% of the time, as requiredDesired Characteristics: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university Master's Degree In Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university Proven performance In Field Services Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, resolve effectively, and deliver results Strong decision-making skills and business acumen Demonstrated ability to drive consensus across matrix organization Proven track record of delivering results and leading teams in a dynamic business environment Self-motivated, self-starter capable of remaining flexible to changing work priorities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills GE leadership program graduate 3181513

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
