Sr Software Engineer

Role Summary: Drives increased efficiency across our software Scrum teams through enhancements to our build and release solutions for our DevOps team. He/she would leverage build promotion and release strategies while supporting tools for automated and manual testing at scale. They will leverage product and technology reuse at a release level across products. Essential Responsibilities: As a member of our growing softwareinfrastructure (aka DevOps) team, you would contribute towards implementing andsupporting, deploying, delivery and monitoring of key operational release activities. Keyresponsibilitiesinclude: In the role of Sr Software Engineer, you will: Deploy, automate and maintain our TFS and VSTS build and releaseprocesses Build, release and configuration management of pre-production systems Suggest design and architectural improvements and recommending improvements to existing process Review and evaluate new tools and technology options, including driving improvements around build and release using TFS and VSTS 2015 or later versions Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university Minimum 5years of softwareexperience Eligibility Requirements: Travel 10% of the time, as required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job Must be willing to work out of an office located in Minden, NV Desired Characteristics: Technical Expertise: Experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, XAML, HTML5 Working knowledge of relational databases Working knowledge of object-oriented programming Minimum 5 years of software development or equivalent Excellent knowledge or highly passionate to learn configuration management, build and integration tools (TFS / VSTS) Good understanding or passionate to learn build and release process - CI / CD pipeline and associated tools Familiar with Agile concepts, preferably Scrum Business Acumen: Strong oral and written communication skills Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills Evaluates products & processes to assure compliance. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
